Legal

I have wide experience of managing legal translation projects. My best-known client in this area is the Misson law firm in Liège, on whose behalf I had the honour of translating the judgement in a case involving an allegation of horse doping at the Beijing Olympics. I also work regularly with several Luxembourg law firms, such as Loyens & Loeff. My translator colleagues, many of whom are lawyers themselves, are experienced in a variety of legal fields including finance, real estate and tax.

Technical

A great many companies need to translate manuals, user guides, instructions etc. Those who have used my services work in sectors as varied as new technology (EVS), energy (Lampiris), industry (Multiserv, the company responsible for security at Arcelor-Mittal sites), automation and too many others to list. I can take on projects in any technical field - even nuclear power plants!

Economics/Finance

There are few days when I don't receive a job in this area. From annual reports and financial statements to presentations of banking or other financial products, my colleagues and I are seasoned hands when it comes to these kinds of documents.

Pharmaceutical/Medical/Scientific

The pharmaceutical industry is growing fast, to say the least. I can count on a solid team of specialist translators in this area, all science graduates or even former doctors who have opted for a career change. As patient information leaflets supplied with drugs have to be translated into all the languages of the European Union, my pharmaceutical team is particularly extensive. My main client in the sector is a young Paris-based pharmaceutical company, O4CP ("Only For Children Pharmaceuticals").

Administrative documents (EU or other)

The translation departments in public services, ministries and institutions such as the European Union, the UN or NATO, are periodically submerged by their workloads, and have to outsource some of their projects. Consequently, my team and I are well used to translating these types of documents, and you can entrust them to me in total confidence.
